5. Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns.
Replacement/refund eligibility:
● Damaged products
● Defective items
● Incorrect items delivered
● Expired or compromised items on arrival
Requirements:
● Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
● Provide clear photos of the product/package
After verification, we may offer:
● Replacement
● Full refund
● Store credit (at our discretion)
Requests after 48 hours may not be accepted. No replacements for customer change-of-mind or mishandled products.
