At Vandit Craving, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality food products. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we want to make sure that any issues with your order are resolved fairly.

1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We may offer a replacement or refund if your order is:

       ● Damaged during transit

       ● Defective or not in proper condition

       ● Incorrect items delivered

       ● Expired or compromised on arrival

 

Please note: Requests for replacements due to change of mind or mishandling after delivery are not accepted.

2. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To request a replacement or refund:

 

      1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

      2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product or packaging

 

After verification, we may offer:

 

     ● A replacement of the affected item

     ● Full refund to the original payment method

     ● Store credit (at our discretion)

 

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
