At Vandit Craving, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your orders.

1. When Can You Cancel?

     ● Orders can be canceled before shipping.

     ● Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

 

          After 12 hours or once the order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

Include your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm the cancellation and process your refund.

3. Refunds

     ● Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.

     ● Refunds generally take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

     ● For Cash on Delivery (COD) cancellations, the refund may be issued via bank transfer or store credit (as          advised by our team).

4. Important Notes

     ● Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.

     ● Always check your order confirmation and contact us promptly if you need to cancel.
